Assets under management are principally invested in real estate and non-performing corporate loans secured by real estate. Indotek is active across all classes, and it is market leader in the class A, B and C segments. The Group’s 500+ professionals manage over 300 properties, over 3,500 leases and close to two million square meters throughout Europe. The Indotek Group’s portfolio contains more than 50 office buildings (2 of them in Bucharest) and 26 shopping centers (1 of them in Târgu Mureș). Indotek also possesses numerous hotels in 12 countries as well as countless warehouses and industrial areas. The Group has recently entered the residential market and has completed 6 units and currently has 4 projects under development.
